Data entered in our contact / quote request forms
In order to be able to respond to our users’ requests, we store in the contact and quote request forms the data entered by the user, which may in particular represent surnames, first names, email and telephone addresses but also curriculum vitae. We also store the sender’s IP address. This data is kept for 12 months. However, in the event of spam or unwanted form filling, we keep the user’s IP address indefinitely, as part of our fight against spam, in order to ban the user who is the source of abuse. Data provided as part of newsletter registration
The data provided when registering for the newsletter, namely the email and optionally the first and last name, are kept for an unlimited period of time without any specific action by the user. Data provided in the context of online sales
User account data, purchase details, delivery address are kept for an unlimited period. Users have access to rectify or delete their data via their user account. When the user account is deleted, all data is removed from the website. The user is informed that when their data is deleted, they will no longer have access to their invoices or purchase history on the website.
For accounting obligation purposes, however, invoicing data will be kept for 10 years by DIVIPRO from the closing of the current accounting balance sheet.
